The "peripteri" are the kiosks that can be found almost everywhere and sell cigarettes, telephone cards, newspapers, souvenirs, sweets, drinks and much more; they are practically always open

Some shops close between 2pm and 6pm.

Certainly the largest and most well-stocked shop/stationery shop that sells foreign newspapers, magazines and books, as well as guides to Naxos and the other islands of the Cyclades, also in Italian, is ZOOM and is located on the seafront of the port

They are accepted by most businesses

The bus station it is located on the small square in front of the main pier of the port and the bus timetable information office (KTEL) is located nearby; outside there is a poster listing the routes and their relatives return bus timetables e a sheet is provided free of charge with all the bus timetables for the various towns and beaches on the island (also in English!)
